Scott Nicholas
Founder
Scott originally started as a track and marathon runner and later made the change to cycling. Since then he has never looked back, winning the 2015 24 hour Single Speed MTB World Title, the 2016 Australian Title and most local SS races. Scott is very passionate about creating a retail environment that gets the Surf Coast community excited about riding their bikes and brings a wealth of experience as the founder of The Running Company in Geelong.
Peter Arch
Head Mechanic
Peter comes to Bike Matters with over ten years experience as a bike mechanic having worked in some of Melbourne's best and most prestegious shops during that time. He has also been a team mechanic for professional teams both domestically and internationally. Peter is also a 24 hour age group World Champion on the mountain bike and can be found on most weekends racing his bike, exploring our local terrain or drinking stimz in a Torquay or Anglesea cafe .
Jake Millburn
Mechanic
Jake is really good at wheelies (wheelie good!) and working on bikes. We like him a lot. Jake has a plethora of wrenching experience at some of the world's best bike shops. He is equally adept at terrorising local trails - specialising in Aireys Inlet based terrain.
