Refund policy

We are more than happy to exchange an item if:

  • It has not been worn or ridden
  • Is in/with the original packaging and clean and intact
  • Within 14 days

We will not refund for change of mind / mistaken size so please choose carefully if you do want a refund.

For all returns, please make direct contact with the store. You can find this information on your invoice and shipping label.

All return postage will be at the senders expense.

If there is a manufacturing fault with the product we will gladly work with the manufacturer to organise either a replacement or refund whichever you’d prefer as per Australian consumer law, simply email the store and include images of the fault and we can take it from there.

Sale Items

Please choose carefully as All sales are final and Sale items are not eligible to be returned for refund, credit or exchange.
