Terms and Conditions
Bike Matters has evolved! We are no longer a full retail store and do not operate with traditional business hours.
For drop-offs & collections our hours are
Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM.Outside of these hours, visits are by appointment only.
For All bookings we aim for a 24 - 48hr turnaround time. We will advise if there is any delays based on parts needed or unexpected findings from assessment. Please book for the work needed, as extra work = extra time. This may cause a re-booking at a later date for further work.
Below will you find our service booking portal. Please read through the details carefully and provide all necessary information. A thorough description of your bike’s issues will help ensure accurate diagnostics and efficient service.
For enquiries, please use the call-back request form below. As a solo-run business, I may not always be available to take calls during appointments.
Parking Notice: We do not have on-site parking as we operate in a shared laneway. Parking is available at Great Ocean Brewery.
